The attention to the preparation is strongly rooted in our family and is passed over from a generation to another and developed in something unique, made from encounters, tastes, experiments. The choice of the product and the cure that we apply for his preparation are important concepts that we have learned with our experience. Next to it, we put our enthusiasm, our personal background and the joy of sharing the meals we prepare with passion and inspiration. We barely use products from outside our territory, trying to serve products from our land.

The cow’s and goat’s milk comes directly from our pastures: we use them to prepare some of the most characteristics local products, like cheeses, butter, the delicious south tirolean’s yogurt.
The bread is made from local grains, backed in different varieties; the Speck Alto Adige IGP (origin certificated) is the real protagonist of our dishes. Most of the food is biological and Kilometre Zero: that, matched with our personal touch, helps us to serve fresh, original and unique dishes.
Carlo and Roberto will assist you in the choice of the right wine: our wine cellar selects the best regional and Italian wines.
Every morning, we furnish the buffet for breakfast with culinary from the zone, such as bread, milk, egg from our trusted farmer, local cold cuts, butter, yogurt and more, in order to sweet your morning.
